Mr. Mahernosh B. Ghadiali started his career in HVAC at a very young age. With his brilliant skills in engineering he mastered the technology of refrigeration and started his own firm way back in the year 1975, which later came to be known as one of the first air conditioning firm within the region of south Gujarat. He was one of the key founder member of the Surat Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Association which is still active in Surat city. He has being awarded with many esteemed awards in the field of refrigeration & cold chain. He is also senior members of ISHRAE (Indian Society of Heating Refrigeration Air Conditioning Engineers) Surat Chapter & many other associations like RATA, SGCC. His passion in business and kind understand makes him a favourite advisor to most of the Surat HVAC&R industry members.

Mr. Paurush M. Ghadiali, a highly accomplished mechanical engineer, has amassed an impressive 18 years of experience in the HVAC&R industry. As the esteemed CEO of Surat Refrigeration & Engineering Company, established in 1975, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional expertise and leadership. Under his able guidance, the organization has flourished into a prominent entity within the state of Gujarat, renowned for its remarkable proficiency in handling complex projects.

Played a pivotal role in establishing the RATA in Surat, Gujarat. Also served as the founding President of RATA RRC SURAT from 2020 to 2022. Held the position of President of ISHRAE SURAT from 2015 to 2016. Currently, holds the position of National Membership Chair and National Joint Secretary in RATA's National Committee.
